バグ

• Feature Key Search Result Dialog において、ボタンの位置や表示が乱れているバグがありました。

修正と仕様変更

• ボタン同士の表示位置が重なっており、表示されなかったボタンや、表示位置がずれていたボタン、機能が判りにくいボタン、などがあったため、ボタン名称、ボタン表示位置を改良しました。

Feature Key Search Result Dialog　全体操作ボタン

• ボタンラベル変更
  • Back -> Back to Feature Key Search Dialog
    
    • Backで戻る位置を明確にしました。
  • Delete -> Set Delete Mark on Feature(s)
    
    • Deleteボタンは選択Featureを直ちに削除するのではなく、そのFeatureに削除マークを付加するだけです。
    • このため、削除マークを付加する意味であることを明確にしました。

Feature Key Table 操作ボタン

• Select All: Feature Key Detail TableのSelect All ボタンと表示位置が重複していました。Feature Key Tableの上部に表示。
• Reverse Selected: Feature Key Tableの上部に位置を移動しました。

Feature Key Detail　Table　操作ボタン

• Select All: Detail Table の全Featureを選択します。
• Reverse Selected：　Detail Table　の現在の選択を反転します。
• Select All on Plus Strand：　のプラスStrand上の全Featureを選択します。
• Select All on Minus Strand: のプラスStrand上の全Featureを選択します。

Feature Key Detail　Table　チェックボックス

• Extract Amino Acid Sequence: CDS　Feature をアミノ酸配列として抽出します。

Feature Key Detail　Table　ラベル

• Total: 現在選択されているFeature KeyをもつFeature総数
• Selected (Checked): Feature Key Detail Tableで現在選択されているFeature総数
